Looking for a new home for our mini schnauzer. He is about 20 months. He is 27 pounds so he is on the larger side for his breed. The reason we are rehoming him is because he is overly attached to me and we really want a dog that is a family dog rather than a one person dog. That being said, he has never bitten our young kids, and he does play with them (when he isn't busy following me around). He's growled a few times lately when they are too crazy with him, and he never used to growl. He is super loving and cuddly. He is fully potty trained. Rings the bell hanging on the door to go out every time. He is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed. He is crate trained. He knows basic commands. He is neutered and utd on shots. He does well with our kids and cat. He acts anxious around other people's kids though, so I put him away when they visit. He loves the dog park. He is an anxious dog. He runs around barking for a few minutes when guests arrive, so I usually put him in his kennel first. He is the perfect dog for someone without kids or with older kids that know how to respect boundaries better than my little kids. There is a rehoming fee.
