Fall Equinox & New Moon in Libra invites us to take a step back, rest and re-align our mind, body, and spirit to the cycles of change in nature. This is the perfect time to co-create a sacred container for us to enter meditative states where we have most access to our innate healing powers. For this sound healing journey, I’ll be sharing shamanic & yogic techniques to clear, balance and restore our energies for deep relaxation. The sounds of ethereal instruments including the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Didgeridoos will also help us to experience a deeper state of inner peace and tranquility. The culmination of these healing modalities will support us in feeling light, expansive, peaceful, and empowered to flow with transformation & change. Recommended Preparations: Please feel free to bring crystals into our space. Pink colored crystals like Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline, Mangano Calcite, Kunzite, & Morganite are wonderful for tuning into frequencies of unconditional divine love. Green crystals like Malachite, Jade, Serpentine and Seraphinite are also wonderful for the heart.
