RV or Travel Trailer or 5th wheel etc

So I know this is a long shot but I figure the answer is definitely no if I don't try at all. I am moving to AZ so I can help take care of a family member who has a terminal illness. I would like to find an RV, TT, 5th wheel, toy hauler or something like that that I can park in an RV park between my new employer and my family member. I see a lot of them for sale privately and at dealers going for $8k and up and it's a big chunk of money for me right now. I don't qualify for financing because I don't have the pay stubs showing my income. This is because I had to quit my job here in CA to travel back and forth to AZ for the family member's doctor's appointments. I have a couple of job offers in AZ already, though and a pretty good credit score. I'm putting it out there into the universe: does anyone have an RV or trailer who is willing to sell to me on payments? I can provide proof of the job offer, a down payment, or whatever might be needed here. I know this sounds sketchy. I also know it will sound choosy because most of the RV parks I've checked out want the tenants to have a "newish"-looking trailer, though I've crossed out the ones that are super strict about the 10 year rule. I think it just needs to look clean. I'm open to ideas and suggestions as well. I am packing up now but won't be able to move until the end of November. Thanks for your time and consideration.
