Home Renovation project, Minor to moderate rehab project in Bushkill. Will only take on licensed and insured contractors. Multiple estimates given ranging from 15-16k which is fair. Can't wait for these contractors to become available or are just too damn flaky. Need pro that takes pride in work and will do what he says. Future projects already in pipeline if contractor is available and does the job properly that they're supposed to. This Project should take 3 weeks or less. If not available to start this week, or don't think price is reasonable, pls keep it moving and don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. Leave txt with Business card photo with License number and I'll call back tomorrow and Monday aftn only. Must be available to start this week tues or wed latest. If not available, pls move onto another job. Home project in a nutshell. 1. Paint front and back deck. Power wash whole exterior, few shingles on roof that needs to be replaced, skylight needs to be resealed. Gutters need to be readjusted or with new hangers. 2. Flooring (floating flooring) in foyer to kitchen, Fireplace needs to be touched up possibly restoned. Some baseboard may be needed in foyer area. 3. Kitchen, Cabinets, uppers and lowers will remain, need to be refinished/painted. Additional cabinets at home that will extend the kitchen. New Countertops and backsplash needed. 4. Upstairs, touch up where needed. 2 bedrooms have some damaged paneling, need to be replaced. Baseboard heaters will need to be replaced with 4 foot heaters. 5. Bathrooms (2) Shower/tub only. Bathrooms can be painted. (Flooring, sinks, countertop, lower cabinet are new and not needed). 6. Some lighting that looks ugly can be removed and replaced. 7. Insulation needs to be put around hot water heater in garage. Txt-832-764-6621
