From the City of New Orleans: January 5, 2021 The Office of Business & External Services (OBES) is temporarily suspending its satellite office services Thursdays at the Rosa F. Keller Library & Community Center in Broadmoor. The temporary suspension comes out of an abundance of caution as Orleans Parish continues to experience a dramatic increase in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations. The goal of the satellite offices has been to provide residents with access to City services and information on the following agencies: Safety & PermitsCode EnforcementWorkforce DevelopmentEconomic DevelopmentCity Planning Commission Historic District Landmarks CommissionVieux Carre Commission Ultimately, the City hopes to provide services at the Rosa Keller branch and exapnd to the East New Orleans Regional Library and Algiers Regional Library.
