Join us for a pole dancing class with Pole Body & Arts! Pole Body & Arts seeks to provide an inclusive and safe atmosphere for our community through the art of dance and movement. All levels welcome! Wear anything that's comfortable for you. Any workout clothes like leggings, shorts, a sports bra and/or t-shirt work perfectly. You can go barefoot or wear socks for this class. They have cubbies in the studio where you can put your personal belongings. Remember to not wear any lotion or oil the day of your scheduled class. Arrive to Pole Body & Arts 10 minutes before class.
