It breaks my heart that my health will soon not allow me to continue keeping up with this gentle and goofy creature's needs. Buddy is a 6 year old, healthy and medically up to date purebred basset hound. I am looking to gradually transition him to a new loving home by January. He is great with cats and dogs and children. He will play hard with friendly dogs until they get use to each other. He is the definition of a beta. He goes belly up for teacup breeds and I'd trust him with small children. Buddy deserves a home that adores him and who will care for him until his final days. I have received dozens of inquiries about him. Please be patient for my response because I feel obligated to be meticulous. Families, home owners and those familiar with dog rearing are preferred.
