Accepting bids for a small carpet repair. A pipe broke and water damaged the carpet next to the wall where the leak was. 1. Cut out the damaged carpet 2. Remove and replace the damaged carpet tack 3. Clean the affected area of any mildew 4. Splice in the new carpet remnant from original stock. See attached photos for job size.
