Bilingual Brand Ambassadors at DC Metro Events

ITA Promotions is now hiring for Spanish Bilingual Outreach Safety Ambassadors. We have several events in September and October, with more opportunities to work after that timeframe pending good performance. Outreach Ambassadors will inform Metro riders about upcoming service interruptions, bus stop relocations, route adjustments, shuttle service, station closures/ reopening, and assist customers with their questions or concerns. The job is performed at Northern VA area Metro stations on the blue and yellow line. Early morning and afternoon shifts available, as well as weekday and weekend shifts. Candidates must speak fluent Spanish and English, be friendly, reliable, customer service oriented, vocal, and able to stand for extended periods of time in an outdoor setting.
