Looking for maintenance technician with ability to paint, repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems. Maintenance Technician Requirements: *High school diploma or equivalent qualification. *Building maintenance, or a relevant field is preferred. *A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. *Knowledge of electrical and plumbing *Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. *Physically capable and available to work *Effective problem-solving abilities. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
