Tickets Required. No Tickets Sold at the Door. The Kansas City Museum’s Ninth Annual Dia de los Muertos Celebration will explore the history and cultural traditions of Mexico. This year’s celebration is presented in partnership with the Mattie Rhodes Art Center, Crossroads Hotel, TICO Productions, Stone Lion Puppet Theatre, Mi Mercado Fresh Market, Artists Craftsman KC, and La Mega KC radio! Food trucks will be available to purchase food and drinks from: La Hamburgesa Local, Snow & Roast, Sugar Skull Mexican Food Truck., and PH Coffee! ***NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE PERMITTED. Please help us support local! *** Contribute to the outdoor and indoor community altars. Items placed at the altar will not be returned. After your altar viewing, step inside the museum and visit Wisteria Boutique to purchase some fun and colorful Day of the Dead items. Only the first floor of the museum will be open to the public.
