Join us for a great time of developing strong minds, strong bodies, and strong self-defense capability! You are worth defending! Practical, powerful toolsExperienced husband & wife teaching teamRespectful environment, valuable experience, FUN!No previous experience required. We work at your level!Free childcare available by requestWear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We will be not only talk about the tools you need to defend yourself, we'll practice them in a safe, respectful way. Feel free to bring a friend to partner with. Class is open for women age 14 and up. Qualifications: Robin Redick is 6th degree black belt with extensive background in 5 complete martial arts systems (Karate, Jujutsu, Tai-Ho, Aikido, and Ninjutsu). He is also a certified police tactical restraints and personal safety instructor. Robin and his wife, Claire regularly host community safety seminars for women and for children. He is a member of the International Fellowship of Christian Martial Artists (IFCMA). I will praise you Lord, for I am beautifully and wonderfully made.
