Seeking drummer for folk/roots/Americana band

We're a trio of guitar, cello, and violin, with lots of layered vocals. The genre is broadly folk/Americana, but we love doing some rock/pop to round out a fun show. We rehearse once a week, have played all over DC for about 8 years, and are looking to get back into a rhythm of shows every month or two. We're also deeply involved in a stage musical which involves cool collaborations with Afghan musicians, and which ~once a year gives us an unusual experience like playing in the orchestra pit for the show, or doing concerts with professional actors singing the score. The ideal drummer would be equally comfortable on a kit or in stripped-down formats, e.g. brushes on a single drum. Our core sound may be folky/country, but we love drummers (or any members) who introduce influences from totally different genres. MOST importantly - nice people only! We are mellow, have good senses of humor (we think), treat each other kindly, and try to be reliable and punctual even though each of us has a busy day job.
