Looking to start a electronic duo

Looking to start a duo electronic band with another person. Influences include Suicide, Crystal Castles, Radiohead (Idioteque specifically), Les Rallizes Denudes, The Hellp, Lou Reed, and others. I have some gear including some synths and drum machines but am looking for someone that also has some of their own gear/ability to acquire gear. You must be located in DC, college aged (17-22), a reasonable person, able to practice 2-3 times a week, desire to make something aesthetically beautiful, and no egos.
