Looking for a professional HAVC tech who would like to do good work and be respected for what they do. This is a new company that will be doing sales and service, as well as install solar. Therefore, when the HVAC season slows a bit, we will have work with solar. This position also has the chance to turn in to an HVAC manager position as were looking to expand. depending on your experience, the pay rate will be from: $25beginner, $35 seasoned, and $45 for professional tech per hour. I also, want to say that I'll creating a bonus structure along with an hourly pay and want to create a good company culture where were good to one another and support one another while we work hard and have time too for family and friends as well. So we will not be working your fingers to the bone. A good work life balance, where your work hard and have fun doing it, and time off that allows you to rest and recoup.
