Enjoy an hour of Trauma informed healing - slow movement and guided meditation, breathwork, sound bath and energy healing
We start off with a slow flow vinyasa/yin yoga element focused on the energy centers related to our theme, and releasing energy and trauma from the body via somatic practices with mindful intentional movement
We then move into a sound bath coupled with a guided meditation and reiki/quantum or kundalini healing energy in which you are invited to relax and come to presence within yourself and allow for your body and energy to guide you to deeper self awareness and self acceptance
Afterwards we allow for gentle integration of these awareness's and optional community circle to further connect as a collective and share our stories/experiences so that you can experience the inter-connectedness we all share in this human experience, and that you are not alone on this journey.
