Gentle Yoga in the Garden

Take the time to slow down, enjoy some yoga & reconnect with nature. Start your Sunday with a gentle vinyasa flow in the UFI community garden. Class takes place under a beautiful oak tree at 8 am. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in before class. Free parking is available in the large lot through the gates when you arrive at the Urban Farming Institute address. You will find the yoga class by walking through the community garden plots towards the tables & chairs by the oak tree. Come prepared with your own mat & water. Class is free to all attendees, but donations are always appreciated! Please note: this class is weather dependent. The class will be cancelled if rain creates an unsafe space to practice.
