Join our community of practice every Sunday for a healing-centered and inclusion-focused movement and meditation practice in collaboration with Blue Mindfulness, Diversity Aquatics, and the Mind Body Resiliency Coalition. Together we build a more resilient, kind, compassionate and inclusive world that honors diversity, equity and inclusion (BIPOC, LGBTQIA, Special Needs, All Ages, All Faiths). We also intentionally center our practices on healing the past, present and future for both individual and community growth and justice.
