Experienced hardscape person for one-time job

Looking for an experienced hardscape expert to install a 80 ft, 3 stack block wall and install roughly 650 sq ft of pavers. We will have the area prepped and ready to go with materials on site and additional help to make it easier. I will pay $35-38/hour to someone with experience and pictures and references of previous work completed. Also if done in an agreed amount of time, I will add a $2000 cash bonus at end of job.
