Moody Alt/Metal/Punk band anyone?

Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter here! Been listening to stuff like Pink Floyd, Deftones, Tool, Mastodon, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Bad Religion, Glitch Mob etc...mostly aggressive and dirty yet emotionally thoughtful and moody kinds of bands (with a few outliers). I want to develop a sound that brings back some of that raw 90s energy/angst and sense of drastic dynamics while introducing our own sensibilities. I've played a lot of Punk, Funk, Metal, Blues, and Electronic music personally. Also honestly, I just miss getting down with a band and writing expressive music. I'm cooking up some guitar/vocal ideas right now.
