Bassist searching for an original rock project. No covers. Going for a mix of proto-punk, heavy-psych, and occult/desert rock. Imagine a mix of The Stooges, Kadavar, Turbonegro, Rocket from the Tombs, Uncle Acid, and Queens of the Stone Age. I'm into a ton of other stuff, but that's my core. I Want to join a band with songs in the works. Not trying to start from nothing or jam just for the sake of it. I'm no virtuoso, but I'm definitely a skilled player. I've been playing for over 15 years, just to give you an idea. I have a solid rig, transportation, but no baggage. Not striving for stardom-I just want to join a good band that records and plays shows. Something heavy, strange, and loud-but with song-craft and a sense of composition. I'm available for practice weekday evenings and weekend mornings. Ready to gig whenever.
