Im looking for vacant houses in the Little Rock area that needs work. I prefer in the city. I'm willing to look at other towns in Arkansas but the population needs be around 80k plus in the county. I'm not looking for houses that are listed and not for sale by owner. Things to look for is tall grass, rust stains, roof in bad shape(missing shingles), junk all around the property, siding is rotting, mailbox is messed up or is full of mail. You must have a reliable vehicle. If we are able to close on any of those houses you refer to us, we will also give you a $500 to $100 referral fee at closing from our title company.
