Safe and Socially-Distanced Outdoor Yoga Class
Join us for an upbeat, energetic Vinyasa flow that will kickstart your day while also leaving you refreshed and relaxed. This class is a well-rounded, moderately paced practice that builds strength, engages the core, steadies balance, and encourages flexibility. Connecting mindful movement with the breath, the body and mind are filled with positive energy and a sense of calm and wonder. Class begins with a centering activity, leading into a warming flow, followed by strength and balance poses, rounding out with flexibility and a final relaxation all while basking in the beauty and sounds of nature.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat, and anything that may support your enjoyment of class such as a water bottle, yoga blanket, or blocks.
COVID-19 safety measures:
Please bring a yoga mat and find a comfortable space at least 10 feet from those around you. We ask that you please wear your face mask at any time you are not on your mat. If experiencing any symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending class.
