We are looking for hard working, friendly and motivated individuals willing to go the extra mile to join our team. Should have experience with hand tools and some home construction knowledge. Will need to provide your own battery-operated tools (drill, impact driver, Sawzall) scissors, tape measure, drill bits and saw blades, etc. Prior work experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus Qualifications: - Reliable and on time - Ability to climb ladders and occasionally roofs - Ability to operate power tools: drill, hole-saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely - General home construction knowledge - Ability to work in tight spaces - Friendly and self-motivated - Good communication skills - Clean driving record We Offer: - On the job paid training - Paid vacation - Some tools to be supplied - End of year bonuses - Paid Certification and training - Supportive team environment The job would require you to install radon mitigation system in homes by running PVC pipe from the basement of home and venting out to the exterior. Digging to perimeter drain of home, sealing crawl spaces, installation of sump pumps and discharge pipes over the roofline. Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00AM – 4:00 PM, some Saturdays. Average work week is 32-36 hours. Wages – During the training period you will be compensated $21.00 per hour up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, knowledge, and performance.
