Landscaping Laborer needed

One-man lawn & landscape business needs another ASAP. Starting off at 2-3 days/week, then hopefully more depending on how many jobs we get. There's some mowing involved (with all electric equipment, so we're not breathing fumes), but the work is mostly landscaping, such as replacing grass lawns with xeriscape. Here are a couple photos showing work I've recently done. I will train you if you have no experience. Depending on your location, I might be able to help with transportation if needed. So, no driver's license isn't a problem, but I do need one form of photo ID. I provide eye protection, gloves, and hydration. I recommend you wear work boots and a wide-brim hat. You'll start at $15/hour, paid daily by check, with a raise to $17.50 after 80 hours on the clock -- if you're still with me. Every helper I've hired this year has flaked out after a few days; two weeks is the record. Be the exception: show up. Respond by email, call, or text, whichever is easiest for you.
