Working band seeks a dedicated keyboard player that can rehearse as needed on Monday nights in the North Metro Atlanta area. Vocal ability is a big plus but not a requirement. You must be familiar with classic Soul and classic Rock as well as contemporary Pop and R&B hits. We play clubs, festivals and corporate events. Our band originally had two keyboard players and we have one now. We need a second keyboard player to add to our sound but can also play as the only keyboard player (our current player is sometimes unavailable due to his day job commitments). Position requires schedule time for occasional rehearsals, doing homework, playing some gigs; and the ability to commit even if some months are busy or some months slow. Focus is on $$$ and having an ongoing GREAT BAND to offer a consistent great performance. If you are free-lance musician that needs to jump from gig to gig because playing gigs is your primary source of income, this band is not for you. We need a good solid keyboard player with a good day job and stable lifestyle but is still serious about performing. We are looking for a team player that can see the big picture and wants to establish a long-term working situation. Serious Pros only with good up-to-date gear & a great attitude.
