Nanny or sitter Needed for 3 children ages 6, 4 and 18 months old. Women only! (We Live in San Marcos). We can pick you up and provide transportation as needed. This position is best suited for someone who needs a room-mate and clean comfortable place to live for FREE, with the privacy of their own room and doesn't party or go out often. The room we have has two mattress on the floor and a dresser for you to use. As well as a TV just needs a Roku remote which we will purchase for you. Compensation: Is living with us rent free in your own room. You have No bills to worry about or food. You will be very welcome to eat anything we cook, or anything in our home whenever you feel like it so food wont be an issue, we will gladly provide that. We have cable, a computer and WiFi internet. You will share a bathroom with the children. The cash we will give you will vary from a minimum of $75 up to $100 cash every week, on Fridays, depending on our hours worked. My wife and I prefer an older, mature woman, but not mandatory. We want someone who is open minded, past the partying and hanging out stage and enjoys being at home watching TV and eating good food. Someone who eventually we can consider family and trust. We do drink occasionally. We do not smoke or use drugs. We have a 3 bedroom Town-home, and if you accept the position you would have 1 of the rooms for yourself. The weekly pay varies because it is dependent on our hours worked which may vary or change with short notice.There may be days or hours we both need to go to work on short notice and can pay you an extra $20 cash that day/shift if that happens. The expectations we have for our Nanny are as follows but are not limited to : 1. Caring for our children while we are at work, and for 4 hours when we get off while we sleep. (We usually work night shift 6p-6a) so till 12pm. (Kids will be sleep most of the time you "watch them" since we work nights ). OUR HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE on short notice so be flexible. 2.Walking the two eldest children to the bus stop m-f when we're not there about 630-7am. It's less than a block away and on the Town-homes complex property. 3.Light cleaning up around the house on Monday and Thursday only. (living room, kids room and the kitchen, and the 2nd bathroom you will be using.) If or when we cook a large meal we usually wash dishes as we go however if we're working a double shift and are unable to get to it, we'd ask you be understanding and tidy the kitchen up so food isn't left out or sitting. In the event you decide to do the cooking we will be sure to clean up after for you. 4. Being trustworthy, responsible and available are the most important requirements for this position. If we need to pickup hours at work or make a run to the store, or go out to eat we need to know we have you there to rely on. As previously stated this position is most suited for someone who is mature, fun, open minded and flexible with our schedules. NO DRUGS ALLOWED.
