Food Truck gigs

I run a food truck and the busy fall festival season is gearing up. I need someone who can handle any aspect of working the truck like taking orders/payments, helping plate and garnish items coming off the grill, running food to customers when applicable, some cooking if interested in doing so, clean up after the gig, etc. I pay well because I value time and effort and good work will result in first dibs on the next gigs. Days and times vary. Some weekday evenings at breweries or apartments, upcoming weekend gigs are mostly daytime festival type hours. Some weeks I have 3-4 events, others just 1. It’s up and down and that’s why I classify it as gig work. All are in the HVL and surrounding area. You can meet at gigs or meet at the truck and ride along. I had great results and a lot of response not too long ago on a similar post, and the responses have gotten lost in the shuffle. So please respond again. I gain 2-3 gig employees and hours have changed with some as well as a busier schedule Of course any food & beverage experience is desired, No experience is ok if willing to jump in and learn quick.
