Small rehoming fee

We adopted a rotti/lab mix 2 years ago. She is a great dog, she knows commands and is great with kids. She just is not meant for a apartment she needs a fenced in yard. We love her dearly her name is “shakira” and she is potty trained. I am asking for a small rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a good home. Pics added
