Rehoming 1-year-old Lab/Golden Retriever

Due to my job change and my recent physical condition, I am looking for a new home for my dog. He is a 1-year-old Lab/Golden retriever mix, he is housebreaking trained and very good at home. He is neutered and has the up-to-date vaccine. He still needs some leash training. He pulls the leash if he gets interested in things and he chases animals; he behaves aggressively toward people if he is on leash, however, he does not really want to hurt but just wants to get close. He is friendly if he is off-leash, and he does very well in the dog parks. I live alone and I need to take business trips, I think it is a better choice to find him a new home. He will go with everything he has and all the medical records. A small rehoming fee applies.
