Your delusional.... free speech does not apply here. Fact you can say freely anything you want. Fact anything you say can be flagged and removed. And thats not a violation of your rights. Anyone can flag an ad for any reason. If enough different people flag. The ad goes down. Some ads go down immediately... There are specials powers within CL doing that.
Just don't rave about your rights have been violated if you ad is removed. I have the right to remove you ad.
