Description
I wonder how many are aware of the recent near miss of a national disaster that was recently avoided. The potential railroad worker strike was big news just a few days ago. If that had happened. Prices on everything would have risen dramatically. There would have been shortages of everything make the current economic conditions far worse than they are now. The good news is. The railroad strike didn't happen. You all are going oh yea. Now I remember... Well who do you think took action to avoid this disaster? Yep President Joe Biden. Joe typically gets little or no credit for many of the good things he does.
Joe Biden called the railroad union chiefs and the bargaining negotiators the White House and as a result of that last Thursday the announcement of a tentative deal. Thus ruling the strike out. This was nothing short of huge.
It's easy to forget and economic collapse that didn't happen.
