CEO/Entrepreneur having rotator cuff/shoulder surgery. May be relatively immobile during initial period after surgery to rest cuff repair. Seeking dedicated caregiver during recovery/rehabilitation period of 6-9 months as projected by Surgeon. Duties to include anything required for patient care during rehab. Position will include housekeeping duties as needed when you are not caring for patient. After rotator cuff heals in 6-9 months there will be 1-2 days weekly required for housekeeping duties. Flexibility desired so that your schedule can interface with wife's availability due to work schedule responsibilities. Medical License not required. Work Location: Lake Point Tower at Navy Pier Hours/Schedule: Varies based on wife's work schedule Tentative Schedule: 8a - 5p+/- Mon-Fri during recovery/rehab period except when in South Bend (See below) Patient Duties/Tasks: Anything required for patient care during rehab/recovery period (Non-medical in nature) Housekeeping: Any/all tasks required for housekeeping Other skillsets: Please list/provide any/all other skillsets that may be applicable you can do in the home environment. Patient lives in both Chicago and South Bend, Indiana. Patient is in South Bend 1-3 days/nights weekly. Ideally caregiver could travel with patient to South Bend as needed and stay at Patient's home for continuation of care as needed. Patient and wife have large home in South Bend and patient is on main floor and caregiver would have a downstairs walkout bedroom during stays.
