Landscaping and security exchange for RV Parking - Camp Host

We are looking for a reliable person to cover being camp host, landscaping, and general security on our property. If you have any other skills to help out with our house renovations, we'd love the help. You must have your own RV, trailer, tiny home, or other living situation that you can park on our property. In exchange, we'd like help with landscaping (mowing, trimming trees, etc.) and keeping things nice -- even better if you can help improve the location and add more plants to the property. We occasionally have temporary guests so when we're out of town, you'd act as a camp host. You should feel comfortable meeting and greeting folks who come to stay. In general, we want someone around to keep an eye on things, too. So you'd be acting general security. As such, we need someone who would be able to pass a background check for any other security guard. No smoking on the property due to desert fire risks. We are a BIPOC, LGTBQ+ friendly family and, if you're sharing our space, we need someone who does not discriminate against others based on race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. Our location has hookups for electricity and well-water (needs filtered), but not a place to dump at this time. The property is mostly dirt and gravel with uneven surfaces. If you're interested, would you please send a resume, and explain a little about your interest in this position.
