Need someone to install gopher wire, Irrigation line, more

I have an area of approximately 30' x 40' that has been taken over by gophers. I would like the entire area leveled out, which is now uneven due to gophers, irrigation lines installed, gopher wire buried in the entire area, and the area landscaped and looking nice. We were thinking sod, but we are open to ideas. Looking for quotes for the entire project. No rush to start, no timeframe, and could be a side job if someone wanted. Will take quotes for hourly work or for the entire project.
