We are a high-end automotive auto spa company that has earned the coveted Ceramic Pro Reno Elite Dealer territorial distinction. We are currently looking for experienced window tint & PPF installer technicians. Job to start immediately. Excellent training program to align with Ceramic Pro's high standards for installing Tint & PPF. Connection to a large network of extremely talented workers available. Hours: Full-time - 40-hour work week *Must be available Monday through Friday (for a 5-day work week); 8AM - 5PM Position: PPF and Window Tint Technician *PPF and Tinting Experience REQUIRED -- if you do not have experience, do not apply. Compensation: $52,000 - $75,000 base pay plus commission effective after 180 days (limitless earning potential) OR after the installer achieves 60 days with perfect installs and minimal customer complaints. After 365 days, commission will be set to % of PPF & tint sales. Pay negotiable for the right candidate. Window tinting & PPF experience required. Graphtec Plotter and hand cut experience preferred. PPF, Paint correction, and ceramic coating experience would be rewarded.
