Everyone agrees that these documents are in Red and Yellow folders marked "Top Secret". Declassified files do not stay in marked folders.
How much evidence do you want that Trump is guilty? More to come as the investigation unfolds, but we have plenty already.
Trump selling our secrets is pure speculation at this point but what other reason could he possibly have for stealing them?
