Room 1 Bedroom 4 walls with paneling need all the paneling removed and if insulation is behind it remove that. So it is just studs. Remove ceiling and insulation to the joist. 2 closets walls are paneling remove it and the insulation if any to studs. remove closet ceiling. Floor Remove baseboard, Carpet,underpadding and nail strips. room is 12x12 closets are 2x4 Room 2 bathroom Bathroom walls including chair rail removed, insulation if any removed. Sheetrock ceiling removed along with insulation. remove vanity remove toliet removate 1 peice shower insert remove shelf and wood off of window remove mirror Bathroom is 7x8 Room 3 small hallway Remove 4 walls sheetrock remove any insulation if there is any Remove sheetrock and insulation in ceiling Sweep and vacuum everything, Wipe down everything to get rid of any particles. haul away to dump Send me your price this job will be scheduled to start soon.
