This is a eight hour Homebuyer's Workshop to earn towards your eight hour certificate that is required from some lenders and some down payment assistance programs. This particular class will cover all aspects of HUD homebuying. In this course you will learn about the loan process, closing process, credit management, fair housing, home inspections, homeowners insurance, down payment assistance and the real estate process.
