There is a very young Shepherd mix hanging out near our house on Bogart Jefferson rd. He has been in this area for at least 10 days. He is extremely shy and will run when I call out to him or try to approach him. He is mostly black and tan. He is probably about 1 year old. I am worried he will be hit.
