We will look at how two different yeasts can impact the development of our Epoch Rye over time. Tonight's flight will include 4 samples presented as a side by side comparison of 2 yeasts. Each yeast will be highlighted in both new make and an aged sample so you can see how the fermentation impacts the product from still to glass.
