Looking for a perfect culinary experience? Join Ilan's Raw Chocolate for a special class with friends and family. Chelsie, chocolatier, will be your host for the evening! Spencer from Piazza Discepoli will be our Italian Wine Expert for the evening as well. We will provide seasonal fruits, nuts and other culinary delights for you to create your own unique chocolate combinations. All necessary tools and ingredients will be provided. Each person will end up with 18 pieces of their own chocolate plus 6 different wine tastings. After the chocolate is poured and dipped, we will let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then the fun begins! You will pair your chocolates with a variety of hand-selected artisan wines. You will discover new flavor profiles in each wine paired with your chocolate. Each complements the other in ways that may surprise you. You will leave with your chocolate creations to gift to friends and family - or to enjoy later.
