The Chase Fund was envisioned by Chase Broussard two weeks before his passing from Lymphoma on May 26, 2018 (three days before his 27th birthday). Chase explained that Lymphoma research funding would always be available but more is needed to be done to support the tireless effort put forth by nurses serving patients fighting cancer.
