Need help "Getting It Together"? Bring your lunch and join the Roanoke Higher Education Center for a series of lunchtime talks this fall. Free and open to the RHEC community and the general public. October 13th: Financial Tools: How to Use Them for Financial Organization and Budgeting Speaker: Stephen Anderson, SVP Commercial Banking, Pinnacle Bank Talk Topic: This discussion will be about the use of financial tools for organization and budgeting purposes that can be used to tailor your own personal or business finances. November 10th: Freedom First Financial Wellness December 8th: Mindfulness in the Midst of Loss Speaker: Precious McCullough Bio: Precious McCullough has been practicing yoga for eight years and uses yoga to find wisdom, guidance, and healing in the midst of pain and loss. Precious is certified in Death and Grief Studies through the Center for Loss in Fort Collins, Colorado. She utilizes the techniques and healing properties of yoga to help people experiencing loss manage and cope with the devastation. Date TBA: Why Everyone Needs an Entrepreneurial Mindset Speaker: Steve Martin Bio: Steve Martin has over 30 years of experience with financial planning and business services. Now the Business Affairs officer of the Workforce plus Entrepreneurship equals Business Enterprise (WEBe Academy), he has implemented his skills to assist the businesses in Roanoke and abroad in gaining ultimate success for their business idea.
