Our Bootcamp Wednesday workouts are held every Wednesday night at 630pm and this week we are coming to the DOCO Plaza. Bootcamp Wednesday is an excellent opportunity to work out alongside Sac PD members, ask questions, and meet other people who are also interested in a law enforcement career. It gives applicants a chance to gauge their physical readiness prior to applying and gain insight on what to expect in the academy and a career with the Sacramento Police Department. Must be 18 years old to participate. There is no cost and all levels of physical fitness are welcome. Please fill out/print waiver and bring it with you. We will see you in the Plaza!!
