Description

This course is designed to provide guests with the knowledge of traditional methods of producing pies and tarts. Emphasis is on the production of basic pie dough and tart dough, with various fillings. Guests will also learn the proper way to roll out pie and tart doughs, as well as finishing techniques for them. Each guest will have the opportunity to make their own pie and tart to take home.
