Description
Reset & Reflections HikesHosted by Rino Consulting Solutions This special hike will be guided by Transformative Coach, Raynelle Rino This hike will serve as a good pause and resetting of your inner well-being. This hike is ideal for the busy, high functioning, and hard working professionals looking to create a specific time in nature to reground as a self-care practice. We'll start by gathering in a more intimate location of the park. This will support our presence with each other and our surroundings. We'll then be guided through a process to develop your intention for the day and a specific meditation to hold while hiking. Most of the hike will be done in silence with some points of breaking into a group sharing of the experience. A reading for this hike by The LightSisterz October 16: If this hike could have a tagline it would be something like—-You vs You: F*** Fear. Psychic energy is high during this month as a whole. It is time to shake the feeling of needing to do X because of the fear of Y. Five minutes of journaling each morning for the week leading up to the hike can provide some insights on how to begin releasing yourself of this fear. Bring journal entries to the hike and continue to add entries during the stops. What the community is saying…"I still carry her wisdom and practices with me and recall what I learned whenever I'm in nature. She provided a safe space with amazing energy that had me feeling refreshed and better connected to myself. She is a lovely person and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend participating in one of her hikes if you're feeling burnt out or ready to bring your best self into your work and life in general."- Jennifer M., Small Business Owner, SF"This blessing couldn't have come at a better time, it was a combination of learning to set boundaries, understand my body, and when in doubt nature has the answer. I feel whole and rejuvenated with the tools to make me a better worker, friend, daughter and lover." - Genevieve L., Non-profit Professional, Hercules, CA
