These 3 dishes are typical during the summer festivals. Yakisoba is pan fried noodles with vegetables and bacon meat. (Please let me know in advance if you'd like Tofu instead as your protien.)
Okonomiyaki is basically a cabbage pancake with bacon dressed up in Okonomiyaki sauce with Kewpie mayonaise.
Finally Takoyaki is octopus dumplings. This is a fun dish to make and you add cabbage, ginger, green onions to add plumping them up.
All dishes are Umami flavored and of course we'll have the Rice Cooker Cake for dessert!
