East Haven police logs, Dec. 23 to Dec. 30: Dec. 23 Joshua Casey, 37, of Madison, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order. Tyrone Moss, 49, of East Haven, was charged with assaulting a public safety officer, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. Dec. 24 Michael S. Wilk, 51, listed as homeless, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment. Dec. 25 Italo F. Chungata-Zagal, 37, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct. Dec. 26 Steven Cotto-Castellano, 36, of East Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, first-degree strangulation, unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, interfering with an emergency call, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.
