Small business owners are invited to an in-person workshop to review and submit applications for minority, women, veteran, or disabled-owned certifications. Staff from the Office of Minority Business Development (OMWBD)with the City of Indianapolis will be onsite to walk entrepreneurs through the application. Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend the OMWBD workshop on September 13, 2022 or have reviewed the application prior to attending this session. Full applications will be available onsite. WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES: • Review the application process for minority certifications with the City of Indy • One-on-one business consultation opportunities • How to register as a vendor through the City's Purchasing Division • How to obtain information on current and upcoming bidding opportunities • Submitting a complete certification application with supporting documents Bring your copies!
